Description
As a Project Manager at Ace Workflow, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role will involve utilizing your working knowledge of No-code tools like Airtable and your expertise in project management to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your working knowledge of Airtable to manage and coordinate project activities effectively
- Oversee the project management of jobs, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Plan and map no-coders to the most appropriate projects based on their strengths and expertise
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication, addressing concerns, and aligning project deliverables with client expectations
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project success
- Continuously improve project management processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of Airtable and other workflow automation tools
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software or technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
- Experience with no-code software, such as Airtable, Zapier, and other No-code tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
